Design of Structures I
In the design of structures, the function and training of load-bearing elements in a building is shown. In the second semester in 'Design of Structures I' the required basic knowledge about terms, support systems (rope, bow, rod, beam, framework, frame, plate, etc.), their rough sizing and constructive training is worked out. The technical knowledge is completed by contributions to the historical development of the structures.
After attending this course the student is able to understand the structure in context of the construction.
