This year, the closed door meeting of the Chair of Hydrogeology was held at the research station of the TUM in Berchtesgaden. The goals of the meeting were to evaluate the past year in discussion rounds and group work, to get suggestions to drive changes, and to develop leaders so they can create value.
These yearly meetings are also tailored to the permanent staff and the PhDs of our 3 working groups and designed to help you take your career to the next level.
These two days were so successful that we are planning to come back to Berchtesgaden next year.
