The project partners met on 04./05.10.2022 in Vienna to start the Horizon Europe project SAPHEA - Develop a single access point for the market uptake of geothermal energy use in multivalent heating and cooling networks across Europe. “SAPHEA addresses the market uptake of integrating geothermal energy and underground heat storage at its full technological range into heating and cooling networks, which operate at temperatures of less than 30°C and up to around 100°C.” (Gregor Goetzl, main proposer SAPHEA)
TUM contributes with Chair of Hydrogeology and Chair of Energy Systems. Further information on www.saphea.eu.
