16th DACH Permafrost Conference at Seddiner See

The TUM Landslide group was pleased to attend the 16. DACH Permafrost Conference 2026 at Seddiner See, near Potsdam, from 21st to 24th January. The previous one-day ECR workshop, which focused on Outreach, Science Communication and Policy , provided valuable insights and inspirations. We are particularly proud that Maike Offer received the prize for the best poster, underlining the success of our contributions. Many thanks to the DACH Permafrost Union and the team at the Alfred Wegener Institute Potsdam for organising this fantastic event and the subsequent field excursion to periglacial landscapes of Brandenburg.
