The Integral Center for Construction and Real Estate (iCBI) teaches the following subjects:
The lectures in Construction process management deal with the process-oriented implementation of construction projects as the core of every real estate project. Topics include processes and information flows, construction production systems, production planning and optimization, and technical and legal aspects.
The content of Real Estate development covers market mechanisms, development methods, and implementation models. These form the framework for real estate development, starting with the user and the utility value, through the development of real estate in building construction and civil engineering, to value-adding functional and property management. In addition to fundamental value creation, key topics include financing and the handling of legal issues.
