Conducting the Examinations

According to current guidelines, all examinations at the chair and professorship are again planned to be held exclusively in person. A laptop or similar device is not necessary for this.

 

Information about the Exams

For exam sections or exams where no aids are permitted, candidates will be provided with all necessary documents in the examination instructions.

  • Grundlagen prozessorientierter Planung und Organisation
    Comprehension questions (90 min), no aids, likely to include single choice questions. Only the answer sheet will be handed in and graded.
     
  • Allgemeines Recht
    Comprehension questions (60 min), expected to be partly single choice, aids: see lecture.
     
  • Grundkurs Bauprozessmanagement/Projektabwicklungsformen, Produktions- und Kostenplanung
    Comprehension questions and tasks (120 min) without aids, partly single choice. Only the answer sheet will be handed in and assessed.
     
  • Ergänzungskurs Bauprozessmanagement/Projektrealisierung, Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung
    Comprehension questions and tasks (120 min) without aids, partly single choice. Only the answer sheet will be handed in and assessed.
     
  • Projekt- und Unternehmensprozesse in der Bauwirtschaft
    Exam (90 min) without aids, expected to be partly single choice. Only the answer sheet will be submitted and graded.
     
  • Unternehmeringenieur in der Bauwirtschaft
    Exam (60 min) without aids, expected to be partly single choice. Only the answer sheet will be submitted and graded.
     
  • Nachhaltige Immobilienentwicklung
    Exam (90 min) without aids, expected to be partly single choice. Only the answer sheet will be submitted and graded.
     
  • Seminar Immobilienentwicklung/-investition
    Exam (60 min) without aids, expected to be partly single choice. Only the answer sheet will be submitted and graded.
     
  • Electives
    Unless otherwise specified in the course descriptions: Exam (60 min) without aids, expected to be partly single choice. Only the answer sheet will be submitted and graded.

Notes:

  • The times and room allocation will be announced by the examination board.
  • Only writing and drawing implements and paper are required for the examinations; a non-programmable calculator is always permitted.

Exam Insight

Internal Exam Insight

 

Internal exam insight for the master/bachelor exams regarding the study-lines civil and environ­mental engineering is being organized by the chairs. 

 

In this context the elaborations are made available for insight. Copies must not be made, therefore smartphones and devices alike are to be left outside the room. Discussing questions regarding the content are solely available at the office hours of our assistants and are not allowed with the exam insight. Lecture notes may be used. Furthermore, paper stamped with the chairs insignia is made available to give the candidates the opportunity (as is the process with the legal faculties) to formulate and reason eventually occurring objections as „Remonstrations“. These will then be passed to the chair, considered and answered in time and sent back including a copy of the remonstration.
