Award-winning master's thesis: ENB master's graduate Benjamin Slosharek

Our master graduate Ben Slosharek has been awarded the AGI Förderpreis for his master thesis "Evaluation ökologischer Nachhaltigkeit von Hochbauprojekten anhand von Bauprozessen".

Benjamin Slosharek, our master graduate in energy efficient and sustainable building, won two awards for his master thesis "evaluation of ecological sustainability of building projects based on construction processes“: the AGI Promotion Award and the GLCI Promotion Award.

The Arbeitsgemeinschaft Industriebau e.V. (AGI), the association of construction and real estate departments of German commercial enterprises, awards the AGI Promotion Award annually for outstanding work on the subject of industrial construction. The AGI Award was presented at the AGI Autumn Forum Online on 27 November 2020. https://www.agi-online.de/

The German Lean Construction Institute (GLCI) honours outstanding scientific achievements in the field of lean construction with the GLCI Promotion Award. Benjamin Slosharek received his award live in the studio during the 6thGLCI conference on November 26, 2020 http://www.glci.de/termine/6-glci-konferenz

The thesis was supervised by Patricia Schneider-Marin (Institute of Energy Efficient and Sustainable Design and Building), Janosch Dlouhy (BMW), Professor Werner Lang (Institute of Energy Efficient and Sustainable Design and Building) and Professor Konrad Nübel (Chair of Construction Process Management).
