Intense working day at the Hochvogel summit

After a long winter in the higher altitudes this year and quite unfavourable weather conditions at the summit, we could finally make it to the summit this Monday. We finished important work like changing batteries, maintaining the early warning system, and measuring geodetically. Also, a TV-Team from Dokutopia has been with us. The documentary about rockfalls in climate change will be broadcasted this fall in ZDF. Because of an approaching cold front, we had to leave the summit a bit earlier, but we could finish the most important work.
