The central task of our chair is, on the one hand, to teach theoretical principles and mechanical relationships and, on the other hand, to provide a direct link to practice and the concrete application of individual topics, such as the engineering idealisation, modelling and calculation of load-bearing structures in solid construction.
We are therefore particularly pleased to have been recognised for these teaching achievements in several categories and for various lecturers. Congratulations to:
- Sebastian Lamatsch for 3rd place for the exercise in "Betonkonstruktionen im Hoch- und Ingenieurbau" in the Master's programme in Civil Engineering
- Harald Burger for 2nd place in the Young Talents category for the exercise in "Massivbau Ergänzungsmodul" in the Bachelor's programme in Civil Engineering.
- André Müller for 1st place for the lecture on "Massivbaukonstruktionen unter außergewöhnlichen Einwirkungen" in the Master's programme in Civil Engineering
- Oliver Fischer for 1st place for the lecture "Massivbau Ergänzungsmodul" in the Bachelor's programme in Civil Engineering
We are very honoured by this award from the student representatives and it motivates us to continue to put a lot of effort into the education of our students.
