Two of our colleagues attended the 13th International Conference on Structural Health Monitoring of Intelligent Infrastructure at Graz University of Technology and presented their latest research findings.
Harald Burger gave a presentation on ‘Detection of steel fractures in existing prestressed bridges with DFOS’ (DOI: link , co-authors: Nicholas Schramm, Oliver Fischer), while Sören Neumann contributed a paper entitled ‘Lifetime elongation of existing prestressed bridges with a lack of structural integrity using DFOS’ (DOI: link, co-authors: Harald Burger, Sebastian Lamatsch, Oliver Fischer).
