At this year’s World Conference on Timber Engineering in Brisbane, four research associates and Professor Winter had the opportunity to present their latest research findings.
In line with the chair’s wide-ranging fields of expertise, the contributions covered topics including standardization, product development, and fire safety.
The corresponding publications are available in the conference proceedings.
In addition to the numerous other high-quality presentations, the well-organized conference enabled a lot of new professional contacts and the strengthening of existing collaborations. The chair fully intends to participate again with a delegation in 2027.
