Members



Scope

Applying Building Information Modeling and operating Digital Twins require a dedicated understanding of the knowledge encapsulated in various kinds of data representations used in the AEC industry. We focus on aspects and methods that help to describe built facilities in a machine-readable manner. Our main research areas comprise the application of different graph-based techniques, enhanced interoperability using existing data models, challenges in time-evolving data, and other comprehensive methods facilitated in data exchange workflows.
