30. January 2024: Kick-off meeting BEM-TG Bavaria and GeoChaNce.Bayern

On January 30, 2024, the kick-off meeting for the new projects BEM-TG Bavaria "Assessment model for the use of deep geothermal energy in the Bavarian part of the Molasse Basin" and GeoChaNce “Geological-physical characterization of the Northern Alpine Foreland Basin in Bavaria” took place. Under the supervision of Dr. Kai Zosseder (Geothermal Energy Group), an outline was drawn up and further steps planned together with the project partners from the Chair of Geothermal Technologies at TUM, the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences (Geophysics) of LMU and the Bavarian State Office for the Environment. We are very happy about the successful start and are looking forward to a productive cooperation in the future.
