Influence of the lifting injections at different distances to the tunnel 2D-FE calculations (deformation IuI)

-->Development of an injection concept

Step 1: Lifting at a great distance from the tunnel (Case 1, vertical ovalization)

Step 2: Lifting injections laterally and below the tunnel (case 2 and 3, horizontal ovalization)

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2

--> Gradual lifting of the tunnel

With the help of the developed injection concept, the successful raising of the tunnel tube could be simulated in laboratory tests.
