The aim of the project is to investigate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of climate protection and adaptation measures in publicly funded housing construction. Therefore, 10 model projects from all over Bavaria have been selected to be investigated in this regard in the coming years. Currently, architectural and urban planning competitions are being held for the projects. The research partners provide important data and information for this. The project is carried out in cooperation with the StMUV and the StMB and takes place in cooperation with the Chair of Urban Water Management of the Technical University of Munich and the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS) of the University of Regensburg. The project duration is 3 years.
