Discussion sessions with experts on “Sociocultural Perspectives of Sustainable Cities”

15 experts from the fields of health, participation, economics, sociology and policy will discuss socio-cultural issues of sustainable urban development with our students.

15 experts from the fields of health, participation, economics, sociology and policy will discuss socio-cultural issues of sustainable urban development with our students. The total of five discussion sessions will take place within the seminar "Sociocultural Perspectives of Sustainable Cities - Aspects of Sustainable Urbanism". The event is not open to the public.

About the seminar:

The seminar offers master students an insight into the basic principles of sustainable urban planning and design with a focus on the question: What is my role as an engineer in urban planning? The seminar will analyze various developments in Munich with a view to improving the overall quality of life in the city and in these areas.
